Safeguard International seeks to invest its capital in the form of traditional leveraged acquisitions, management buyouts and growth capital where the Fund obtains a control position. The Fund seeks to invest between $10 and $65 million per investment and will lead a group of equity investors for larger transactions. The Fund focuses on investing in companies with operations in North America and Western Europe.

  • STABLE CASH FLOW companies that can withstand significant cyclical downturns while positioning itself favorably for future upturns.

  • OPERATIONAL IMPROVEMENTS available through incremental investment and cost reduction programs based on greater efficiencies.
