GfE Metalle und Materialien GmbH is proud to announce a breaktrough in the development of a new one phase titan-suboxide target for the production of TiO2 layers. Compared to Titan Metal Targets, TIRU1 increases, for DC sputter applications, the degree of sputtering rates by 7 times. The result is an elevated degree of disposition for TiO2 layers which is highly beneficiary for our customers in the coating industry.
