Erich Wagner new Member of the Board of Directors at ALD Vacuum Technologies AG

Erich Wagner has been appointed Full Member of the Board of Directors of ALD Vacuum Technologies AG during the Supervisory Board Meeting held on December 12, 2002. In his new position he is responsible for the entire Technical Operations and Procurement.
 
Following his training in Aalen Erich Wagner had several managing positions, i.e. at Leybold in Hanau, Hering AG in Gunzenhausen and Convac Technologies GmbH in Vaihingen. With his broad technical experiences he is predestinated for the position within ALD's management.
