Arthur R. Spector

Arthur R. Spector has experience in the private equity, M&A, legal and financial sectors. He has served as a managing director of TL Ventures III and Safeguard Scientifics Director of Acquisitions. Mr. Spector has also served as Chairman or Chief Executive Officer of a number of public companies including Casino and Credit Services, Inc., Abraham Lincoln Federal Savings Bank and State National Bank of Maryland. He is currently a Director of NationsHealth, Inc. (NASDAQ: NHRX) and Docucorp International (NASDAQ: DOCC). Mr. Spector graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics and received a J.D. (magna cum laude) from the Law School of the University of Pennsylvania.
