Gerd Wionski, Director

Gerd Wionski, Director – Mr. Wionski has a broad experience with over twenty-five years of experience in finance, M & A, marketing and operations. Most recently, Mr. Wionski served as Chief Financial Officer of the advertising firm J.W. Thompson, Germany, where he was responsible for the European activities. Previously, he spent fourteen years with Metallgesellschaft AG, Germany. In his career as Senior Vice President of finance and controlling he implemented the first online planning system within the industrial division and was later responsible for the M & A activities in building up the specialty chemical business. He began his career as an internal auditor within the ITT Automotive Group. Mr. Wionski received his graduate degree in Business Economics from the University of Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
